I offer both in-person and distance sessions, each tailored to support your unique path to wellness. All sessions are fully clothed — just wear comfortable shirt and pants.
My goal is to help you relax, release stress, and reconnect with your body's natural healing wisdom.
What isReiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique rooted in the belief that a practitioner can channel universal "life force energy" through their hands to activate the body's natural healing processes.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words — Rei (universal wisdom) and Ki (life force energy). When our life force energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to feel stress or become unwell. Reiki works to restore balance and flow.
